Directions For Use:
1 scoop/ sachet (± 9 g) mix with about 200 ml plain, cold or warm water, fruit juices, soymilk or sprinkle onto cereal, salad, yoghurt, gravies and soups.

Suggested Daily Intake:
Take 2 to 3 scoops/ sachets a day before meals (1 to 2 scoops/ sachets before breakfast and 1 scoop/ sachet before dinner), or anytime convenient.

Storage method:
Stored in dry conditions at normal room temperature.
