OptiBrite Kids is built around lutein, a yellow plant pigment the body cannot make on its own. It has to come from food, and it is found naturally in the eye. In the diet it comes from foods like spinach, kale and egg yolk. Not exactly the plates most kids race to finish.

- No gelatine, nothing from animals. Gummies usually get their bounce from beef or pork gelatine. This tablet contains no ingredients of animal origin at all. It says so on the label.
